JaymeLynns Pow/Mia page..dedicated to all those still fighting today
web hostingshort URLsphoto sharing
How
do you say Thank you, to one that you owe your Freedom too?
What
words could you say to express the love you have
for
these men who proudly and bravely, fought and died so
that
we could live our lives with the Freedoms
that
so many of take for granted
I
am still searching for that one word or phrase that
will
convey how I feel about the brave men and women of
wars
past who served to protect me even though I wasn't
even
born yet. I try as hard as I can to find the words when
I
look into my father-in-laws eyes to Thank him,
for
his courage, his loyalty and his love
but
the words never sound the way I want them to
so
I guess until I can find the words that I feel will express
all
that is in my heart
Thank
You, I Salute You &
I
love You
will
just have to do
I
love my country, of that have no doubt...... but I cannot support
some
of the things that seem to have taken precidense over bringing
home
our brave soldiers who are still fighting for their lives today
These
POW/MIAs are fighting a war, a war that it seems our
government
isn't backing them on. I am talking about the fact
that
The Clinton Administration and President Clinton himself
seems
more intrested in "Big Business" than bringing our men home
It
is this authors opinion that Pres. Clinton seems more concerned with
establishing
trade and diplomatic relations with the Vietnam and
North
Korea, instead of doing everything in HIS power to
bring
home our POW/MIAs. It seems he has forgotten them
or
should I say they aren't taking "NATIONAL PRIORITY"
The
government is supposed to be "By the People, For the People"
well
these soldiers are OUR People to, they have the same rights
that
we have. One man is worth going back for, One man
is
one to many to be left behind. Pres. Clinton should take the
necessary
recources and use diplomatic pressure to bring
these
soldiers home!
as
I stated this is the authors opinion
MY
opinion, you can share it or not but it is my
first
amendment right to free speech... a right need I remind
you
that OUR men and women fought and died for through
many
wars and that as I stated earlier are still
fighting
and dieing for
"Amidst
the uncertainties of war, every soldier is entitled to one certainty...
that
he WILL NEVER
Be
FORGOTTEN OR ABANDONED"
