The family spread from Wiltshire, through Berkshire and into Wandsworth and Putney.Many of the JACQUES family were stonemason journeymen. My Grandfather worked in marble.I have a clock made by him and also some smaller ornaments and an ashtray.There are many names connected to the surname JACQUES.
