Application for membership The Confederation of the Polish Nobility [Zwiazek Szlachty Polskiej] was founded in 1995 to organize and represent the noble estate, to defend its interests, and to promote and conserve the cultural heritage, both material and spiritual, of chivalry of the former Commonwealth of Both Nations [Rzeczpospolita Obojga Narod�w]. VERBUM NOBILE, the Journal of the Noble Estate, was founded in 1992, and has been published in fourteen issues, as of 2002. It is the only publication in Poland covering matters concerning the Polish nobility, its culture, traditions, heraldry, genealogy, and current issues.
