Young adults in Massachusetts still have strong belief in the American dream despite personal financial stress, and have a higher level of confidence in the private sector than the government. More
"Preserving Power," the cover story in the summer issue of CommonWealth, focuses on Secretary of State William Galvin's administration of a $50 million-a-year state tax credit program designed to promote the rehabilitation of historic buildings but also gives Galvin tremendous political leverage.
