This collection of touching ballads is a dedication
to beloved friend Suzanne Lyall. The original title
song written by Zac Kissinger is a declaration of
profound hope. Proceeds from the sales of Whispers
benefit the Center for Hope.
 
The Center for Hope, Inc. is a not for profit organization
with the mission of providing resources to educate, assist and support
families and friends to cope with the ambiguous disappearance of
a loved one.
The primary goals of HOPE are to design and construct the "National
Remorial for Missing Persons" at an appropriate location within
New York State's Capital District, and to promote and provide support,
education and healing for survivors by sponsoring professionally
run seminars including an annual ceremony on Missing Person's Day.
Long-range goals include:
Educate all segments of the community in both awareness and prevention strategies
Review and evaluate legislation
Assist families by providing information, guidance, referrals, and advocacy services
Support the efforts of established agencies (local and national)
Encourage replication of the HOPE model in the form of local chapters
Serve as a coalition for organizations and individuals
Establish a companion hotline/online support group
Expedite the development of a National uniform database for all missing persons
What will be the source of financial support?
It is anticipated that money will be raised by a combination of
state and Federal grants, gifts from individuals, private and corporate
organizations, and fund raising efforts. The Council of Community
Services of New York State is acting as the fiscal agent for "The
Center for HOPE" To learn more...

in developing the following initiatives:
Federal Legislation - Suzanne Law
The New York State Campus Safety Act
The Assault and Abduction Free School Zone Bill
A computerized system to report information about
missing persons to all toll booths and rest stops
on the NYS Thruway
Missing person profiles are displayed in the New
York State Income Tax forms
April 6th is proclaimed Missing Person's Day by
Governor Pataki
Suzanne's Law passed and signed by President Bush
on April 30, 2003, raising the age from 18 to 21
on investigations for missing persons to begin immediately
after the report has been filed.
Established a partnership with The Nation's Missing
Children Organization and Center for Missing Adults
Collaborated with DCJS to develop the "Investigative
Guide for Missing College Students"
