Visions in Action is committed to achieving social and economic justice in the developing world through grassroots programs and communities of self-reliant volunteers.SUPPORTED VOLUNTEER PROGRAMSSupported Volunteers work directly on Visions' relief and development programs in Liberia and Uganda. This includes education and food security programs in Liberia and an HIV/AIDS counseling and testing program, as well as an emergency education program for Internally Displaced Persons, in Uganda. Supported Volunteers with particular skills help to effectively run these programs.
