I'm steadily working on the second book. I'm in testing phase and have a lot of my internet vegans helping me out. The new book will have more recipes, nutritional information and pictures! I'm working up a proposal to shop around to publishers, wish me luck! This book has a lot of great recipes that I am very excited about. There will be gluten free recipes, lots of main dishes, heirloom recipes from my family that I've veganized and most importantly THE BEST CHEEZE SAUCE I have ever had! Get your tastbuds ready... Book 2 In The Works!! I have begun work on my second cookbook! I've been creating recipes fairly steadily since finishing my first book and am now working on typing, editing, and deciding what types of recipes I need to develop. I'm very excited!
