The LORD has spoken, and for the good of all Futurekind, Spinsterhood must not only resume, but continue and prevail! Who's with me???  First things first: We have a proper newsletter! Again!! For the first time in a hideous span of months!!! It's brilliant and packed to the gills with good stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!...but it is, um, a trifle large (i.e., picture-laden to somewhere in the vicinity of 15MB) to upload to the site directly as is. Soooooooo, a couple of options for ya till I determine how to laden our site with pictures:1. If you want the newsletter as it was meant to be seen, e-mail me at galateabyron (at) yahoo (dot) com. (I THINK that's the proper phrasing when one wants to evade the spammers.) This will not only get you said glorious comeback issue but will also effectively add you to our mailing list for future issues, interest polls, OBA film fests (which currently means takeaway munchies in my living room while Doctor Who is on ), Convent ribbon-cuttings, and so much more. 2. If you're just not that into us yet (you will be........you WILL be........), click on the left-hand link that says Current Issue and you'll get the text-laden edition of the thing. (Lest that sound excruciatingly dull, coming from the folks who want to open a network of capital-C Convents all over the globe, allow me to hint at the company you'll be keeping: fairytale heroines, strong classic females, and the odd sci-fi sidekick...)
