"You had asked me if I thought Ron was
murdered.
Considering he was in very
bad health with blood pressure causing him to have mini-strokes
and where his arm, jaw and the side of his face would go numb;
where he would become breathless at any walking attempt; where his
blood pressure would go over 190 and he would get terrible
headaches; where he had an abdominal aneurysm; where he was told
to lose 25-30 pounds, but instead gained weight; where his blood
pressure medicine made him impotent and caused him to be even more
stressed out; where the year before he was murdered, he had a
colonoscopy (after bleeding for a year) and was found to have
polyps that were malignant; where his doctor said Ron needed to be
closely monitored because intestinal malignancies often
metastasizes
in the liver or bone marrow; where his blood work showed an
increase in his white blood cell count; all this spotlighted
"Caution Needed".

attorney for Margaret Rudin, filed a 224+ page appeal with 27
separate appellate issues. The prosecution had until June

Rudin, 59, was convicted of
first-degree murder May 1, 2001, in the shooting death of her
husband, Ronald Rudin, 64, in December 1994. She was sentenced to
life in prison with the possibility of parole after 20 years.
