He loves to build things with his Lego set and he has a dream of someday being a first-class soccer player. He also attends the Potomac View Elementary School in Woodbridge, just south of the District of Columbia in Virginia, off I-95.Randy was on the school playground enjoying himself when he notice a classmate, Katherine DeLeon, a little girl who regularly played with him. She was kneeling on a bench when another boy ran up to her, whacked her on the rear, laughed and ran off. He did that twice more and it looked like fun to Randy, so he ran over and whacked her twice in the same place, then also ran off laughing. view full article  |
