 Tallinki lubadus tõsta laevapereliikmete palka 40% on eksitav

Täna Riikliku Lepitaja juures toimunud läbirääkimisvoorul tegi Tallink paberil küll järgmiseks kolmeks aastaks 40% palgatõusu ettepaneku, kuid tegemist on kahjuks ettevõtte poolse numbritemänguga. See tähendab töötajatele käesoleva aasta sügisel vaid 12% reaalpalga tõusu, mis ei vasta kollektiivlepingus kokkulepitud keskmise palga tõusule ega taga suurele osale töötajaist isegi 1000-kroonist sissetuleku kasvu. Järgnevatel aastatel 10% + 6% lubatud palgatõus ei vii töötajate palkasid samuti olulisel määral lähemale haigutavale palgavahele ega ahvatle tagasi firmast juba lahkunud spetsialiste. EMSA sellist tööandja palgatõusu ettepanekut vastu ei võtnud. Töötajate kompromissettepanek oli tõsta reaalpalkasid kokkuleppe esimesel aastal keskmiselt 20%, järgnevatel vastavalt 15 ja 10 % tingimusel, et firma kehtestab lisaks staa˛itasude süsteemi, mis tagaks kogemustega töötajate väärtustamise ettevõtte kapitalina. Mis puudutab Tallinki väiteid kaasaegsete töötingimuste kohta laevadel, siis kümneid aastaid merd sõitnud töötajad ütlevad: „Iga järgneva uue laeva ehitamisel on meeskonna elamis- ja töötingimused halvenenud. Laevad on ilusad ja säravad eelkõige kliendile.“ Töötajad paigutatakse elama sisekajutitesse, mitmekesi ühte kajutisse. Masinate võimsuse kasvust tulenevalt on suurenenud vibratsioon ja müra. Uutest sõidugraafikutest ja meeskondade vähendamisest on töö intensiivsus kasvanud mitmekordseks. Lisaks ajale jalgujäänud palgale on see kõik kokku ülisuureks paisunud kaadrivoolavuse peamine põhjus. Tallink peab andma oma seisukoha töötajate kompromissettepanekule 19.augustiks ning sellele järgneb uus kohtumine riikliku lepitaja juures 21.augustil.
