Harassment Resolution Services is dedicated to helping people who are victims of sexual harassment and abuse in schools and helping teens who are sexually harassed on the job. Even though there are laws in place to address sexual harassment, statistics show sexual harassment and bullying are still on the rise. In response to this growing problem, Harassment Resolution Services was created to fill in where the laws and other agencies leave off. We provide free support, advocacy, and assistance to: Victims of sexual harassment and bullying in public schools and proprietary schools Victims of sexual harassment and hazing in colleges and universities Victims of sexual harassment in medical schools, law schools, and other graduate programs Teenage victims of sexual harassment on the job.WE'RE HERE TO HELP YOU!If you or someone you care about have been or are the victim of sexual harassment or abuse in school, or if you are a teenager sexually harassed on the job, we are here to help you. First and foremost, we are here to listen. We can help you to formulate options for addressing the problem, help you understand your legal rights, and assist you with making decisions on the best course of action for your particular situation. There is no cost for our services.We can also assist you by alleviating confusion and frustration regarding formal complaint procedures, provide advocacy on your behalf to facilitate the harassment resolution process, and provide referrals to attorneys and mediators in your area who are trained to assist sexual harassment and bullying victims.MISSION STATEMENTThe mission of Harassment Resolution Services is to help eliminate sexual harassment, a form of sex discrimination, and abuse of students in schools and teens in the workplace through strategies of prevention, early intervention, and resolution implemented before a youth has suffered emotional harm, physical damage, and the loss of educational or employment benefits. Our goal is to end the harassment without the need for litigation. The purpose of Harassment Resolution Services is to help ensure peaceful, harassment-free hallways and classrooms in public schools, proprietary schools, colleges, universities, law schools, other graduate programs, and to help ensure a harassment-free work environment for teenagers.While there are groups in place to assist schools in winning sexual harassment cases, there is no other project besides Harassment Resolution Services that provides direct contact to schools in an effort to prevent, intervene at an early stage, and resolve sexual harassment with the student as the focus.THANK YOU FOR VISITING OUR SITEThank you for visiting our website.
