THE
LOTTORACLE TM
TALKING
BOARD
FAMILY
BACKGROUND
Welcome to the newest family of talking boards intended to place you in contact with spirits.
Designed and produced in the year 2001 with a new Mega Millions Lottery version coming soon, this is the one of the first really new types of talking board
to be created in over 100 years.
Why? Rather than recounting the past or foretelling the future, this board provides spirits with
a simple channeling instrument that may bring you untold wealth. How many times have you thought of a number
just before the winning Lottery picks were called, and your number was there? I've seen four of six Lotto
numbers in a draw picked this way, using trancelike mental states. This numerology-like phenomenon, when it occurs, is very
stressful, tiring and prone to errors because the channeling mechanism is cluttered with random thoughts and
worldly distractions. The LottOracle system, on the other hand, allows the channeler to direct the spiritual energy to
specific answers in terms of numbers and actions. In other words, it almost provides
the spirits with a multiple-choice answer board rather than making them work to show you the numbers one at a time.
This allows for greater accuracy and concentration when picking the winning numbers. It allows for more winning picks, too.
Consequently, in contrast to the standard Ouija "Witchboard" nickname, and you'll soon know why,
this channeling device has been jokingly dubbed the "Richboard".
THE
NEW
MEGA MILLION$
PROTOTYPE
PANEL
As of May, 2002, the LottOracle board is being prototyped for the new red-hot Multi-State Big Game Mega Millions
Lottery in the states of Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York,
Ohio and Virginia beginning in May17, 2002. It is designed for 52 numbers with a Mega Ball space specifically
for picking this magically lucky ball.
THE
ORIGINAL
PROTOTYPE
PANEL
The first LottOracle channeling instrument was created in a plastic-laminated form called a Talking Panel. It was an
operational prototype produced in a very limited quantity of five (5) units. Units numbered
2/5 through 5/5 were sold through eBay while the first prototype remains with the artist.
The LottOracleTM Talking Panel with CabochetteTM
The size of each prototype is 11" by 17" by approximately 20 mils thick. The CabochetteTM,
a green crystal cabochon, is used in lieu of the planchette to move over the numbers by one or two
channelers.
Channeling with the LottOracleTM Talking Panel
One drawback with the flexible laminated prototype is that it must be placed on a smooth flat surface
to be used, so it cannot be used in the classic manner of placing it on the knees between two people.
THE
NEW
TALKING
BOARD
The success and positive reception to the prototype has prompted the artist to continue
the evolution of the LottOracle to its current state. The new hardboard creation is
produced on a high-density fiberboard coated with multiple layers of acrylic lacquer and protective paints.
The LottOracleTM Board Playing Surface with Seer
The image on the front of the LTB is a 11" by 17" high-quality color reproduction of the artist's
master artwork sealed under five hand-rubbed coats of acrylic lacquer. This protects the glossy
print stock and provides an exceptionally smooth surface for sliding the Seer across.
Back of the LottOracleTM Talking Board
On the back of the LottOracle Talking Board is a white phosphorescent window (early
versions of the board may not have the "glow") which relates
the fictional but whimsical legend of the origin of the board. This area may be exposed to sunlight
or bright fluorescent light for 5 to 10 minutes, causing a readable glow for hours in a blackened
room.
SIGNED
AND
NUMBERED
BOARDS
Eack LottOracle board is hand signed and numbered by the artist to provide a limited-edition quality
for value retention and appreciation. Below, the signature appears in the standard location for all
LottOracle boards, the front lower right corner with the edition issue number preceeding the signature.

THE
LOST
LEGEND OF
LOTT
Once upon a time there was an old sage who was very, very lucky with numbers: a wizard of numerology.
His biography became a legend for this board's namesake. In its entirety, the legend is given
below:
The Lost Legend of Lott
Once found musing in the land of Lott,
a place of mystical pleasure,
was a wise old magician, in a secretive spot,
surrounded by infinite treasure.
His name was requested, not directly at first,
but instead in a manner rhetorical.
He glanced to the ground, acting somewhat coerced,
and whispered "I am the Lott Oracle."
What wonders you work? What futures you see?
I continued the curious volley.
He then softly began to navigate me
through the course of his prosperous folly.
His tricks were his numbers, he picked them so well,
and was told he was right on the dot.
He called each one up with a white magic spell,
and would win more often than not.
The folks whom he helped all gave him their riches,
as they went on to see the Lord,
and requested he leave his power of witches,
in the form of a Ouija Board.
Now that wise old sage has since disappeared,
but his talents are seldom ignored,
his endowment lives on as the much revered
LottOracle Talking Board.

SEER
PLANCHETTE
The Seer is a diminutive fiberboard planchette, only about 3" by 4" and
1/4" tall.
It stands roughly 1/4" off the board on felt-padded feet. Its surface is
coated to absorb radiant energy in light and release it in darkness. For this reason,
it is always best to
"charge" the planchette before use by placing it in direct sunlight or bright light from a
fluorescent lamp.
The radiance during play will help to attract spiritual interest. Remember the favorite color
of
the Oracle of Lott was green. He will be delighted to help your Seer move along toward
lucky numbers when the Seer's glowing bright green.
Daylight------------The LottOracleTM Seer Planchette-----------Darkness
Always keep the Seer in its green Mojo bag when not in use or being charged. This not only
protects the
polished surfaces but keeps the felt pads clear of debris and at their frictionless best.

USING
YOUR
LOTTORACLETM
TALKING
BOARD
A channeling session with the LottOracle should be a serious event. Please follow these
recommendations
as closely as possible when using your channeling board:
One or two people are needed for correct operation of the LottOracle Talking Board.
Optimally, place the board on a hard floor and have the two participants kneel at the narrow
ends of the board with the corners of the board just touching their knees. It may also be
placed directly on the knees if kept level.
If only one is using the board, then kneel on the wide side with knees lightly touching the
bottom corners. Be careful not to warp or bow the board with body weight. The board should
be facing you if you are alone. For comfort you may sit back on the heels of your feet.
Alternately, the board may be placed on a flat table, lengthwise between two participants,
or facing a single user.
Light a green candle and then at least one participant must recite the following phrase:
"Oh wise and all-seeing Spirits, we(I) beseech you to guide us(me) through the winning (your
Lottery, e.g. Texas, Tri-state Powerball) lottery numbers for the ___(e.g. 12th) day of _____
(e.g. July) in _____(e.g. 2001). We(I) ask that you show us(me) only these winning numbers by
the grace of God."
The first part of the request identifies the particular set of numbers you are looking for.
The last part of the phrase prevents evil forces from interacting with the selections, and
darkening the eventual outcome.
Now blow out the green candle and, as it extinguishes, each participant must rub
their fingertips together in the wick smoke, while visualizing the feel of the winning
Lottery check. Finally, relight the candle and prepare to channel.
To begin the channeling session, the user(s) should place two or three fingers
on the long side of the Seer, resting very lightly but firmly on the channeling planchette.
Leave the hole in the planchette open for observing numbers.
Chant, "Begin the sequence, now," while starting to slowly move the Seer in a
clockwise motion around the board starting at the $$$ under the LOTTORACLE logo.
After two complete circles, stop on the $$$ and wait. The Seer will begin to move by
itself, under the fingertips, after an undetermined period of time. Faster response shows
more intense concentration from the users. Slower or no response signals a lack of concentration from one of the users. If continuous motion occurs without channeling, the user(s) may close their eyes until the Seer stops or hesitates. Then quickly glance at the Seer to find the channeled number. It is best to have a third person present (or use a tape recorder) to record the selections. Stopping to write the numbers down will severely disrupt the channelling session.
If the Seer ever stops on BONUS, then the next
number will be a Bonus or Powerball selection.
If it stops on DON'T PLAY, then it is really best not to
inquire further into the current Lottery drawing. Something may be wrong with the picks
or there may be multiple winners. If it stops on PLAY
at any time during the channeling session, then continue on with more confidence in the
following five or six selections. If no Powerball (BONUS)
is picked in a Powerball Lottery channeling session, then one user must ask, "Now show the
Powerball." The following number is the channeled Powerball pick.
Finally, after all picks have been determined to your satisfaction, the Seer
should be moved to GOODBYE by the user(s) and left
there while the candle is extinguished. This completes the channeling session and closes
the channel with Oracular Spirits.
Some points of information regarding your LottOracle Talking Board and Seer:
Keep the Seer (or channeling planchette) charged by placing it in direct sunlight all day
at least one day a week. A window sill will be fine if outdoors is not acceptable.
Dust it with a damp cloth regularly to keep it as frictionless as possible. Lightly blow
dust from the felt feet.
And by all means, keep it in its Mojo bag when the board is stored. Leaving the Seer on the
board when it's not in use can allow
Spirits (not all good!) to be released.
Do not use drugs or alcohol when channeling. This can distort your link with the
Oracular Spirit.
Not every session will produce winning numbers. This depends on your level of
connection with the Spirits and the playfulness of the spirits you are contacting. Some
can be very mischievous and, for example, give you a set of numbers off by one from each
winning number. Watch for this and, if it occurs often, buy a line of numbers one off from
the selections to compensate.
Try to store the board on a flat level shelf so as not to bow the fiberboard and
cause inaccurate Seer movement. Use a light cleaning spray such as Windex on the face of the board and wipe clean with a
soft cloth if the Seer hesitates or chatters during channeling.
Selection of your channeling location can be important to its operation. A quiet, dimly
lit location is best to preserve the users' concentration. A loud, bright room is not
conducive to spiritual connections.
Do not take channeling sessions lightly. They should be periods of deep concentration and
intense awareness.
Do not ever wager more than you can afford to lose. This is a cardinal rule with
any wagering game. Only one Lotto ticket is required to win. If you have channeled more
numbers than needed, then buy several tickets with combinations of the numbers. Experience
with your LottOracle Talking Board will eventually show you how to best buy your tickets.
Finally, and most importantly, if you win any large Lottery, do not ever use the
board again. Give it away! Greed can bring evil spirits into play, and you may not want
what you wish for.
