Second Edition
JAMBO!! Welcome to the beatings of the second Drum, the e-newsletter for Aussies Across Africa.more...

In 2004, the Aussies Across Africa cycling journey was undertaken in Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa and Malawi – some of the world’s poorest countries, yet all home to millions of people rich in spirit.
The aim of the seven month journey was simple: to visit numerous communities where local people and Australian volunteers were working in partnership to improve living conditions, we captured their stories to bring back and share with young Australian adults so that they may be inspired to act for a fairer world.
Its time to start sharing these amazing stories! The Aussies Across Africa school and university visits have begun on Australia’s east coast. To learn more about these visits or to express your interest in arranging a visit to your area, read the presentations page.
