Life
Life is important. It's the foundation for our very existence. We believe that all human life should be protected from conception until natural death. We seek to educate ourselves and the public about pro-life issues and the value of human life.
We believe that abortion destroys the life of a human being. We also believe that abortion deeply hurts the lives of women and men: mothers and fathers left wounded by a culture of death. We work for the end of abortion in our nation and to spread a culture of life across the Purdue campus.
We realize this mission through peaceful activism, debates, speaches, prayer, and community service projects to support local organizations that aid women in crisis pregnancies. We welcome you to join us in spreading a culture of life at Purdue. If we can help you in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We work to protect
"I swore never to be silent whenever and wherever human beings endure suffering and humiliation. We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented."
-Elie Wiesel, Holocost Survivor
We work to save
"Abortion kills twice. It kills the body of the baby and it kills the conscience of the mother. Abortion is profoundly anti-women. Three quarters of its victims are women: Half the babies and all the mothers."
-Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta
We work to defend
"Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves"
- Proverbs 31:8
