Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and work

· Creativity along with strong organizational and interpersonal
skills.
· Excellent communication skills; both written and oral.
· Decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills with strong
statistical aptitude.

· Solid experience using a PC.
