Message
from
Rev. Yoshiko
Teshigawara, Bishop
Thank
you very much for
accessing and
viewing the
Seicho-No-Ie U.S.
Missionary
Headquarters
website.
In
response to your
requests and
comments, we have
tried to examine and
take into
consideration the
suggestions and
ideas of the broad
audience of those
who have visited
here previously, and
I would like to
extend my heartfelt
gratitude to the
many whose
cooperation made it
possible for us to
make improvements on
our site.
I
would like to
introduce the
Seicho-No-Ie
objective.
“(The
aim of Seicho-No-Ie
is…)…to worship life
and live in
accordance with the
laws of life, and at
the same time to
have as many people
as possible lead
this life, thereby
enlightening all of
humanity… “
(Truth of Life, Volume 1)
Therefore, it is our
fervent desire that,
through this
website, the
Seicho-No-Ie way of
life will reach as
many people as
possible and the
circle of happiness
will grow and the
world will be
blessed with eternal
peace. In other
words, we share the
teaching of the
Truth that man is in
essence a child
of God, and is
happy because he is
already saved.
Moreover, we shall
continue to share
the message that man
cannot become happy
by taking from
Nature, but it is
through attaining
the feeling of
oneness with Nature
and further
deepening that
feeling that he can
do so.
For
those who are
already Seicho-No-Ie
members, we hope to
continue
improvements to this
site in order to
make it a place
where you will be
able to communicate
with one another, so
please check back
often.
With heartfelt
prayers for your
happiness and for
world peace,
Rev. Yoshiko
Teshigawara, Bishop
